– TMZ reported over the weekend that the defunct Women of Wrestling promotion is returning. David McLane, the man behind the early 2000’s promotion, is teaming up with Los Angeles Lakers executive Jeanie Buss for the project.
The new show will focus on not just the women wrestlers, but also the business side of how a wrestling promotion operates. A pilot video is being shopped around to several television networks.
