Tom Brady predictably picks Patriots fan to play him in a movie

Tom Brady refuses to waver from Patriots Nation, even when it comes to casting for future films.

During a recent appearance on Westwood One radio, New England’s quarterback predictably selected a die-hard fan to portray him in a movie one day.

“I’m going to go with Mark Wahlberg,” said Brady. “A Boston legend, [from] Dorchester, one of the just ‘grind it out’ kind of guys.”

Wahlberg, an Oscar nominee, believes Brady is equally driven when it comes to his respective craft.

“People don’t understand the passion and the fire,” Wahlberg previously told The Post.

“Some people are surprised he uses some harsh language. But nobody is more competitive than Tom, whether it’s being on the football field or the golf course.”

Though Wahlberg’s Patriots fandom has been questioned after he left their Super Bowl LI comeback against the Falcons early with a poorly concocted excuse.

While the chronicles of TB12 has not yet been greenlit, portraying an NFL legend is nothing new for Wahlberg. Back in 2006, the Boston native received positive reviews for his turn as Vince Papale, a 30-year-old bartender turned Eagles receiver in Disney’s “Invincible.”
