During the two-day investigation, the research group focused on the production equipment, product certification and production supply of continuous casting GCr15 bearing steel, the physical quality and performance guarantee of batch products, and the random sampling inspection of product physical quality. The field investigation was actively carried out in the steelmaking plant, the special metallurgical plant and the fine rod production area of the new material company, and the key control parameters and inspection data of each production line were read. The research team fully affirmed the company's production equipment, inspection capabilities, quality management system and various management methods, and unanimously agreed that Xining Special Steel has the technological capabilities for the production of high-quality steel products. Next, according to the opinions and suggestions of the experts, Xining Special Steel will continue to strengthen the internal management, strictly implement the quality standards of products, ensure that the best products are made, and provide the best service for customers.

It is reported that the quality rating of bearing steel will be determined and published in the near future after statistical analysis of the data of physical quality inspection and production inspection of steel by relevant departments.
