An Upper East Side townhouse that had been ravaged by a 2017 fire has sold for $19 million.
The 25-foot limestone mansion at 9 E. 84th St. suffered damage stemming from a fire that tore through a neighboring home at 7 E. 84th St., which had once been owned by New York real estate lawyer David Rozenholc.
No. 9 is more than 14,000 square feet, just off of Fifth Avenue’s Museum Mile.
The seven-story property features six to eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms, four powder rooms, 15-foot ceilings and a dramatic staircase.
Extra features include a gym/yoga studio, a basketball court, a roof deck, an indoor pool and a hot tub.
The listing broker was Robert Dankner, of Prime Manhattan Residential.
