Nick Kyrgios unfazed by Philippoussis criticism: 'I don't know what to say'

In an interview suggested might have a fear of showing that he is trying on court. Asked if he sees any element of truth in that, Kyrgios replied: Not really.

I mean, I dont know what to say. Cheers, Mark. On his first round opponent Milos Raonic, Kyrgios added: Obviously Milos is a tough player. Weve played each other a couple times at Grand Slams. Weve played each other at Masters events, tour events.

We both know each others games fairly well. We know whats coming. I know what can happen, he knows what Im going to do. Its going to be incredibly tough. Im very excited just to be out here in the Aussie summer in front of the home crowd, to play a tough opponent.

I can see it as a good thing. I have to be locked in from the get-go. Im excited. Again, like, its going to be a tough match. Hes playing well, so… Im looking forward to it. Obviously I got to take care of my service games.

Hes got one of the best serves in the world. Hes proven that year after year. Hes serving his first shots incredibly good. Hes incredibly disciplined, never really gives up easy points, always tries his hardest every point.
