Millennials are going nuts over Vans’ Harry Potter shoes

A-Vans-a kedavra!

Sneaker company Vans dropped its hotly anticipated Harry Potter line on Friday.

Vans is known for its pop-culture collabs, including one with Led Zeppelin earlier this year.

But the company sent wannabe wizards into a tizzy in April when it teased the Harry Potter x Vans collection on Instagram.

The HP x Vans drop comes on the heels of J.K. Rowling’s announcement late last month that she’d be releasing four new Harry Potter books through her Pottermore website.

The Hogwartsian shoes and bags are finally available for purchase online, with representation for all four of the Hogwarts houses — although some fans are miffed that Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw are underrepresented.

“I see [you] shorted Hufflepuffs & Ravenclaws on choices,” one Twitter user sniped.

Hopefully they’ll still find something to geek out over among Vans’ Gryffindor high-tops ($80), Slytherin backpacks ($60), Deathly Hallows snapbacks ($38) and Old Skool golden Snitch sneaks ($75), among other merch.

If not, members of the lesser houses can at least eat their sorrows away at Harry Potter-themed brunch this summer.
