Matt Hardy may have happily returned to WWE at WWE WrestleMania 33, but he certainly hasn’t given up his quest to be ‘Broken’ once again.

Hardy has been going through a lengthy legal battle in order to win the rights to use the character in WWE and after a long period of silence, PWInsider.com has reported that Hardy has filed a new specimen in the case.

After being refused registration for unacceptable specimens by USPTO, Matt Hardy has submitted a new one as of 10/31/17.

The specimen is a promotional poster that used the Broken Matt Hardy character appearing for CWF Mid-Atlantic Wrestling during the ‘Expedition of Gold’ tour.

Triple H Calls Out Piers Morgan

Triple H appeared on UK Morning news show, Good Morning Britain today to promote WWE’s current European tour.

However, one of the regular hosts, well-known figure, Piers Morgan, wasn’t on the show as he called in sick, which has resulted in Triple H calling out Morgan.

Who would you back in the @WWE ring? Like for @piersmorgan or retweet for @TripleH 😂 pic.twitter.com/6qyisqHM6L

The Game invited Morgan to show up at either WWE Raw or WWE SmackDown Live, so it is possible we could see an appearance from him either at ringside or backstage at next weeks tapings.

Morgan took to Twitter to respond to Triple H, claiming that he couldn’t handle ‘Piers’ Pedigree.’

Any time, sunshine.
You’ll never survive Piers’ Pedigree. 👊👊 https://t.co/PH1gVK2MVe
