Impact Wrestling legend Madison Rayne appeared on the The Taz Show this week to make a major announcement regarding her future in professional wrestling.
Rayne has been all over the industry in a very short time, wrestling for the Knockouts Championship at Slammiversary before taking part in the WWE Mae Young Classic, and of course participating in an incredible Fatal 4-Way match at ALL IN.
The 32-year-old Columbus native has officially signed a contract with Ring of Honor, and will be a big part of the promotion’s budding Women of Honor division. This will not be her first experience with ROH however, as Rayne actually competed in a tournament earlier this year to crown the first ever Women of Honor Champion.
As a five-time Knockouts Champion, Madison was a major factor in pioneering Impact Wrestling’s women’s division for nearly a decade. Thirteen years into her pro career, she now has a chance to help pioneer a newly emerging division for a company that has recently been making some major moves.
