Otto Naumann, an art dealer, collector and art historian — who is also Sotheby’s client development director — and his wife Heidi Shafranek, have slightly dropped the price of their 14th-floor home at One Gracie Terrace.

The Upper East Side abode is now asking $3.27 million, down from $3.55 million. (They bought it for $3.25 million in 2015.)

The building’s penthouse apartment terrace made a guest appearance in the 1978 film “Superman,” when the caped superhero landed on the terrace outside Lois Lane’s posh penthouse. (Cub reporters can definitely afford NYC penthouses, right?)

The renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is 2,200 square feet; the 1,250-square-foot terrace has a custom deck and a motorized awning.

Inside, the unit features oak floors, Sonos sound, a coffered ceiling, custom lighting and mounted flat-screen TVs.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, custom closets and lots of built-ins. Building amenities include a gym and, in the basement, laundry.

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Andrea D’Amico.
