Latest On TNA iMPACT Going Two Hours; New Timeslot Revealed

As I reported earlier this week, if TNA comes to terms on their new deal with Spike TV to move to two hours, they will tape shows bi-weekly from Universal Studios from Orlando, Florida. The first week’s show will be taped on Monday with the next week’s show being taped on Tuesday.
The plan is move iMPACT into the 9-11PM timeslot on Thursday nights on Spike TV. Both TNA and Spike TV feel that the move to two hours is necessary for the promotion to increase its profile. TNA’s current deal is up September 30th so expect the new deal with the updated timeslot to take place in October.
