Kerala MLA Calls IAS Officer Who Topped Civil Services Exam & Was Once A Practicing Doctor ‘Brainless’

Our democracy can be crazy, where the Civil Servants, considered some of the best brains in the country have to take orders from politicians who might be hardly literate because they were voted by the people of this country.

But the arrogance of an MLA from Kerala has taken this to a new level. S Rajendran, the CPIM MLA from Devikulam has courted controversy by calling an IAS officer ‘brainless’.
