Last night’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling opened up with a video package featuring this past weekend’s Bound For Glory PPV. Josh Matthews & Don Callis welcomes us to the show as New IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Johnny Impact is making his way to the ring.
In Ring Segment: Johnny Impact
Impact says that wrestling is a crazy business. Impact then says that if you watched Bound For Glory this past weekend you know what he is talking about. Impact then tells us about how his dad took him to wrestling matches as a kid and how much he loved it. Impact then says that he has always been a bit out there. Impact then says that the one thing that everyone who dreams of being a pro wrestler wants is to be world champion. Impact then says that he was told over and over again that he wasn’t good enough to be world champion but now he’s got The IMPACT World Title. Impact then says that this business is what we make it. Impact then says that he is now “the guy” in IMPACT Wrestling. Impact then says that he isn’t going to hide behind two other guys or tweet things passive-aggressively. Impact then says that if he thinks someone deserves a title shot, he is going to give them one. Fenix then comes down to the ring. Fenix then asks Impact for a title shot. Impact agrees.

We head backstage where Tommy Dreamer says that he is going to destroy Moose. Moose then says that he will meet Dreamer in the ring. Killer Kross cuts off Moose and says that Dreamer doesn’t control anything and they well meet Dreamer later tonight.
Katarina vs. Taya Valkyrie: Katarina punches and kicks Taya as soon as the match starts before whipping her into the corner and tossing her by her hair. Katarina hits a gut buster for a quick two count before Taya comes back with a clothesline. Katarina hits a slingshot DDT before Taya rocks her with a bicycle knee. Taya hits a running knee for a near fall before hitting the Road to Valhalla for the pin and the win. Winner: Taya Valkyrie
After the match, Taya says that thinking about what could have happened during her title match with Tessa Blanchard is a waste of time. Taya then says that for Blanchard to resort to those types of tactics, she has lost all respect for Blanchard.
We head somewhere outside of the arena where we see that Gama Singh is beating the crap out of Rohit Raju. Singh then tells Raju that he has one last test. Singh then tell Raju that he has to face him next week.
We head backstage where Matt Sydal & Ethan Page agrees that the time has arrived to show the world who they truly are and to show the world what Page has learned under the tutelage of Sydal.

Trevor Lee vs. Ethan Page: Lee backs Ethan into the corner and stomps on him while choking him until the referee makes him back up. Ethan rocks Lee with right hands before Lee rakes his eyes and knees him in the midsection in the corner. Ethan slams Lee to the mat by his hair and stomps him down before Ethan drops Lee with a back elbow. Lee pushes the referee down before sending Ethan out of the ring and hits a PK from the apron. Ethan catches Lee in the ropes and hits a gut buster for a near fall before Lee knocks Ethan out of the ring with a right hand. Lee then hits a moonsault before Ethan hits a uranage for the pin and the win. Winner: Ethan Page
We head backstage where Rich Swann says that he got on Mack Mode during BFG. Willie Mack then says that Swann called him and he had to represent and help take out those two enlightened fools. Mack then says that he will be watching from the back during Swann’s title match. Swann then says that he is going to win The X-Division Title later tonight.
We head to another area backstage where Allie (with black hair) asks Kiera Hogan if she will watch her back tonight. Hogan then says that she hasn’t heard from Allie since Sunday. Allie then says that she is fine.

We head to another area backstage where “The Canadian Destroyer” Petey Williams asks Scarlett Bordeaux if she is going to pick him. Scarlett then says that her competition is now open to everyone, not just wrestlers. Scarlett then says that Williams needs to try again.
Killer Kross vs. Tommy Dreamer: Tommy hits a running cross body into a snapmare and clotheslines Kross over the top rope and down onto the floor before dropping him with an elbow to the head. Kross crotches Tommy on the railing before Kross distracts the referee while Moose chokes him. Kross hits a running clothesline in the corner and whips Tommy across the ring before hitting an overhead belly to belly. They exchange strikes until Tommy hits a cutter and a DDT on Kross as well as a neckbreaker on Moose at the same time. Tommy then counters one Doomsday Saito, but Kross hits it on the second attempt before hitting it a third time for the referee stoppage. Winner via Referee Stoppage: Killer Kross
After the match, Moose and Kross continue to beat-down Dreamer.
We get a video package for The Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony of “The Monster” Abyss.
We head backstage where Eli Drake says that there is a conspiracy against him. Drake then says that Abyss crossed the line last week. Drake then says that this has become an unsafe working environment. Drake then says that he is going to sue IMPACT for this unsafe work environment.

We head to another area backstage where we see that LAX is celebrating their BFG victory over The OGz. King & The OGz suddenly walk in. King says that they have a message from the bosses. King then says that he gets to keep part of New York and LAX gets to keep the other. King then says that they just have to stay away from each other.
Alisha Edwards vs. Allie: Alisha hits a running back elbow in the corner before they exchange chops and Alisha drops Allie with double ax handles. Alisha then locks in a rear naked choke before Allie frees herself and hits a running splash in the corner and slaps herself before starting to act like Rosemary and hitting a code breaker for the pin and the win. Winner: Allie
After the match, Allie attacks Edwards. Hogan then pulls Allie off Edwards. Allie then snaps out of the trance she was in.
“The Machine” Brian Cage (c) vs. Rich Swann (IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Title Match): Swann dropkicks Brian repeatedly, but can’t drop him before Brian tosses him across the ring and whips him into the opposite corner. Brian hits several clubbing blows in the corner into a lariat before ending up outside and Swann hits a superkick. Brian catches Swann and powerbombs him into the ring post before hitting a superplex as we go to commercial. Brian is in control as we come back to the action, using Swann as a weight before tossing him over his head for a quick two count. Swann gets a near fall off of a DDT before he misses a phoenix splash and drops Brian with a series of kicks. Brian hits a pump handle slam for a near fall before hitting an Olympic slam for another near fall. Swann hits an enziguiri into a cutter and a hand spring cutter before finishing with a phoenix splash into a 450 splash for a very close near fall. Swann then misses a second phoenix splash before Cage hits two buckle bombs into Weapon X for the pin and the win. Winner & Still The IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion: “The Machine” Brian Cage
After the match, Sami Callihan gets in the ring and gets in Cage’s face. Callihan points at the screen and a footage of Callihan pinning Cage is shown. Callihan tries to attack Cage but Cage destroys him with a clothesline. oVe tries to make the save, but Cage Drill Claws Jake Crist. Callihan and Dave Crist drags Jake Crist to the back as IMPACT Wrestling goes off the air.
