— Evan Bourne was scheduled to appear on last week’s episode of Raw, but pulled because creative changed their minds on what to do with him. He worked a Superstars match last week and creative had plans for him to feud with The Brian Kendrick starting this week, but that too was nixed. Even though he had been doing stuff with Kofi Kingston and Big Show in recent weeks — including a pinfall victory over Kingston – there were never any plans for him to wrestle in the Six-Pack Challenge for the WWE United States Championship at Night of Champions. — It was announced at last night’s Monday Night Raw event at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C. that WWE will be returning on November 22, 2009 for Survivor Series. Tickets for the event officially go on sale this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com, but the presale began at midnight. There are two presale passwords, which are:
