During the next 2 years not all the Majors will be won by Big 3 – Corretja

In an interview to Bola Marela the former world No. 2 commented on the Australian Open mens draw. Corretja said: Novak Djokovic is a little more favorite than others, but since its the beginning of the year there are many more players to take in consideration.

There are players who are coming back and thats very important, like Kei Nishikori. Kevin Anderson is playing at a very good level and if he will face Federer, lets see how he does. As for the youngest players, we will take a look at Stefanos Tsitsipas, Borna Coric and Karen Khachanov.

On the Big 3 dominance – Djokovic, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal – Corretja added: They dominated a very competitive season but there are big talented younger players. Its difficult to say how much commitment is needed to be a Grand Slam winner.

There are some ones, like Alexander Zverev and Dominic Thiem, who are trying with a lot of effort. There are players who are already ready. I think that between this year and the following one, in the next seven, eight Grand Slams, we will have a different Grand Slam winner, a new generation champion.
