— This year’s Cyber Sunday only drew an estimated 104,000 PPV buys in North America (162,000 overall), making it the third lowest purchased PPV in WWE history. Last year’s Cyber Sunday show did 194,000 buys, with Batista vs. Undertaker (with Steve Austin as the referee) for the World Heavyweight title in the main event. With this staggering decrease in PPV buys, WWE may rethink the format for next year’s show.

— To update Rey Mysterio’s WWE contract status, the latest is that both sides are still negotiating. WWE wants to lock up Mysterio for 5 years while Rey would prefer a 3 year deal.
