One pad the 36-year-old singer — who won “American Idol” in 2005 and is currently belting out her greatest hits on her Cry Pretty 360 Tour, which wraps later this month — eyed was a gut-renovated townhouse at 315 E. 18th St., our spies say.

It’s on the market for $12 million.

The six-bedroom home, owned by McDonald’s executive Colin Mitchell and his wife, journalist (and occasional Post contributor) Heidi Sherman Mitchell, measures a spacious 5,788 square feet.

The property dates to 1901 and features radiant-heated white oak floors. There’s a large parlor living room with a woodburning fireplace and an open kitchen/dining area that opens to a terrace that overlooks a 30-foot garden.

The second floor features a large living/media room with another woodburning fireplace and a window wall that overlooks the garden.

Four bedrooms are on the third floor, along with the washer/dryer, though there’s an additional laundry room in the basement.

The master bedroom spans the fourth floor, including a study/living room and a private terrace. Up top, there’s a roof terrace.

The listing brokers — Lindsay Owen, Leonard Steinberg and Herve Senquier of Compass — declined comment.
