Brooklyn cyclist, 14, dies three years after he was hit by driver
A 14-year-old boy died on Monday due to complications of injuries from when he was struck by a driver in Brooklyn three years ago, reports said.
Moshe Yehuda Wolpin — who was 11 years old when he was struck in Borough Park in 2016 — succumbed to his injuries on Monday night, according to Yeshiva World.
The boy was riding his bike to school in September of 2016 when he was fatally run down at Dahill Road and Cortelyou Road.
The website Boro Park 24 said that Moshe was transferred to various facilities over the past three years until he died on Monday evening.
The death takes place after a rash of cyclist deaths, including an artist who was fatally struck in Williamsburg on Monday.
