HE BROUGHT HIS Kerry senior career to a close last October but Marc Ó Sé could be part of another Munster title win tomorrow.
The Kerry defensive great is now immersed in coaching and he is manager for the first time in the Munster Colleges Corn Uí Mhuirí final, his Tralee CBS team in action against St Brendan’s Killarney in Austin Stack Park at 4.30pm.

Tralee CBS eventually prevailed after a thrilling three-game saga at the semi-final stage against Coláiste Chríost Rí of Cork.
They’re now contesting their first final at this level since 2008 when they lost out to St Brendan’s and a first victory since 2007, when Tralee CBS went on to contest a Hogan Cup final that they lost to Omagh CBS.
Ó Sé was part of the backroom team in 2008 but this is the first final that the five-time All-Ireland senior winner is manager for.

Tralee CBS can call on players with big game experience as Kieran Dwyer and Tomas O’Connor were part of the Kerry All-Ireland minor winning setup from last September.

But they face a really difficult task against the reigning Corn Uí Mhuirí and Hogan Cup champions, who are managed by Gary McGrath.
The holders saw off St Flannan’s by 2-17 to 1-11 at the semi-final stage and boast 2016 Kerry All-Ireland minor winners in Dara Moynihan, David Shaw, Billy Courtney and Michael Potts.
