With no NASCAR competition, AEW Dynamite on TNT was up this week, averaging 772,000 viewers. That’s up 14 percent from last week and is Dynamite’s second best showing in terms of total viewers since March 25.
In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite finished eighth on cable with a 0.28 rating, up 21.7 percent from the previous week.
On the USA Network, NXT ratings were also up. The show averaged 746,000 viewers, which is a 10.8 percent increase from last week. In 18-49 NXT finished 25th for the night, higher than it usually does, with a 0.20 rating.
NXT’s viewership was the highest for the show since February 19. The demo rating matched the best total since March 11.
The total Wednesday night audience was 1.518 million viewers. Aside from May 27, it was the highest combined total since February.
As it does almost every week, AEW beat NXT in every demo except for people over 50, where NXT had an advantage of 0.36 to 0.31. AEW was strongest with men 18-49, with a 0.36 rating to NXT’s 0.24.
