WWE Signs Masked Luchador Star Super Nova

World Wrestling Entertainment has signed luchador Super Nova to a developmental contract. He is headed to WWE developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling.

Super Nova worked in an ECW match a few weeks back against Trent Baretta and Caylen Croft.

WWE seemed to be impressed with Nova’s abilities and recognized his skill in aerial combat.

Reports suggest that WWE see Nova’s potential to be the “next Rey Mysterio.”

It is expected that WWE will continue to allow Super Nova to use his mask.
