Shawn Michaels to Star in WWE Studios Feature Length Movie
WWE Hall of Famer is set to feature in the upcoming WWE Studios movie The Resurrection of Gavin Stone. The inspirational faith based comedy finds The Heartbreak Kid as Doug, a local volunteer at a church who attempts to help washed up former child star Gavin (Brett Dalton). Many will be familiar with Dalton due to his role as Grant Ward in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 
However, Gavin as an ulterior motive for joining the church, as he is desperate to land the role of Jesus in their annual Passion Play. Yet, little does he realise that this may be the biggest role he has played to date and may just find himself in the process. 

Directed by Dallas Jenkins, of Hometown ‘Legends’ and ‘What If…’ fame, The Resurrection of Gavin Stone is set to hit cinema screens across the United States on January 20th.
