In this episode, UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson gets in a late-night workout with Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Michael Bisping shows his knowledge of the French language and heads to the grocery store. Then, all fighters are off to UFC 186 Media Day, where Bisping and his opponent, C.B. Dollaway, have choice words for each other, Jackson talks again about his focus leading to Saturday night, and the fighters square off for media photos.
