WWE RAW Results 8/27

WWE RAW is live tonight from ScotiaBank Arena in Toronto. Here’s the latest from WWE to get you ready for the show:

The main advertised angle for the show tonight deals with the fallout from last week where The Shield banded together to prevent Braun Strowman from cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase in an attempt to take the Universal belt from Roman Reigns. Strowman challenged Reigns on social media over the weekend and Reigns mocked him. They are advertised to go face-to-face tonight. This will also be the first RAW run under Baron Corbin’s leadership after Stephanie McMahon told Kurt Angle to take a vacation last week. 

RAW Opening Segment
Roman Reigns’ music hits, and the WWE Universal Champion comes out to loud boos from the Toronto crowd. Michael Cole calls Reigns the most polarizing figure in WWE today. Reigns stands on the ramp and holds his championship up in the air to loud boos. Replays are shown of The Shield reuniting last Monday on RAW to save Roman Reigns from a Braun Strowman cash in. Commentary mentions that the WWE Universal Championship was defended in back to back shows over the weekend for the first time in a year and a half. Reigns stands in the ring, and the crowd is really letting him have it. They loudly boo him, and Reigns just smirks. Reigns starts walking around the ring to boos. Reigns says he told Braun Strowman he’d meet him out here at 8 PM. It’s at least 8:05 now. Reigns isn’t the champion just to hold it. He’s here to defend it. If that “meat shack” doesn’t come out here right now, it’ll be The Shield Workhouse Open Challenge. If he doesn’t come out and get it, someone else will.
Braun Strowman’s music hits, and the Money in the Bank holder makes his way to the ring to a big reception. A loud “Get These Hands” chant fires up. Strowman laughs while saying, “Workhorse.” Strowman says Reigns didn’t live up to that when his boys came out to save him last week. Reigns says Strowman doesn’t get it. The Shield doesn’t listen to him, but they’re all workhorses. They know what it’s like to be at the top of the mountain, something Strowman doesn’t know anything about. All he says is “Get These Hands.” The only thing Strowman lifts with those hands are cars, objects, stages… Reigns’ hands have lifted every single WWE championship there is to offer. That’s why he’s the guy and this is his yard. If Strowman wants to be on his level, he needs to step up, cash in, and have a match right here in Toronto. A loud “YES” chant fires up. Strowman shakes his hand and says he’s not cashing in tonight. That draws loud boos from the crowd. Strowman says everyone in the arena knows if he did, his little boys would run down to try and save Reigns again. Strowman is going to make Reigns a deal. Strowman won’t cash in until September 16. All Reigns has to do is show up to the place his brothers can’t interfere with him taking Reigns’ Universal Championship. They’re going to war in a place they’ve never done before. Strowman will cash his contract in… at Hell in a Cell. Reigns says Strowman is finally starting to sound like a monster and extends his hand. They shake before Strowman throws his hand aside.

Dolph Ziggler’s record scratch hits, and he comes out with Drew McIntyre saying, “Blah, blah, blah.” Now that we’re done with something in three weeks, it’s time to talk about SummerSlam and the crime of the century. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose stole his WWE Intercontinental Championship. Reigns knows about it since they helped him keep his title. Reigns asks if getting Curb Stomped and being pinned is having a championship stolen. Ziggler says he’ll become a seven-time Intercontinental Champion when he invokes his rematch clause. Ziggler and McIntyre need a new challenge, and it’s the two men in the ring. McIntyre says the Universal Champion and Mr. Monster in the Bank sit atop of the Monday Night RAW mountain. That’s fantastic, but it is a double-edged sword. When you sit atop the mountain, the only way to go is tumbling on down. Ziggler says they’d be more than happy to do that for them tonight. Reigns says they sound like tough guys from the stage. They’re in the ring, so let’s do it now.
Baron Corbin’s music hits, and the Acting General Manager of RAW comes out to the stage. Corbin tells everyone to slow down. This is the reason Kurt Angle was sent on vacation and he was made the Acting General Manager of RAW. Strowman’s cash in is confirmed for Hell in a Cell. Tonight he’ll make a match that Kurt Angle could never have dreamed of and will take RAW to the next level. It’ll be Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman taking on Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. Strowman says to Reigns he’ll get the Universal Championship at Hell in a Cell, but tonight Dolph and Drew will GET THESE HANDS.
Baron Corbin gets in the ring and says he’s an improvement over Kurt Angle. For his third and most important match, he’ll make one that Angle didn’t have the guts to make Tonight, it’ll be Baron Corbin taking on Finn Balor, the man… not the demon. Corbin has taken a weeks to prepare for this match, but Balor just found out. That match starts right now. Nothing happens, so Corbin tells Balor to get ready, put his jacket on, and get out here. Balor’s music hits to a decent reaction. It’ll be Corbin vs. Balor, next. But first, a word from WWE sponsors. 

Constable Baron Corbin vs. Finn Balor 
They lock up, and Corbin sends Balor into the ropes for a back elbow. Corbin throws him to the corner and charges, but Balor sends him out of the ring. Corbin gets right back in and clotheslines him for a two count. Corbin then puts up the “Too Sweet” hand sign to mock Balor. Corbin then goes to a rest hold while the crowd chants, “Corbin sucks.” Balor fights up, but Corbin stops him. A “You can’t wrestle” chant picks up. Corbin goes for a sunset flip, but Balor rolls through and dropkicks him. Corbin quickly powers him to the corner and charges, but Balor gets on the apron. Corbin quickly forearms him in the back of the head. Corbin grabs him at ringside and powers him into the barricade. Corbin digs his knee into Balor’s neck, pressing his face into the barricade. Corbin gets him in the ring and picks up a two count. Corbin taunts the crowd before punching and stomping Balor. Corbin then goes back to the rest hold. Balor fights up and punches him, but Corbin knees him. Corbin forearms him in the face and sends him into the ropes, but he lowers his head and eats a kick. Corbin then punches him in the face to take him down. Corbin goes outside and charges, but Balor hits him with a Sling Blade. Back to commercial. 
We come back from the break to see Corbin applying yet another rest hold to Balor. During the break, Corbin countered a slingshot kick into a forearm smash. Corbin gets him in the corner and clotheslines him a few times. Corbin goes for his out and in clothesline, but Balor takes him down. Balor punches and takes him down before hitting a double stomp to the midsection. Balor chops the chest, but he has a whip reversed. Balor slingshots over him, but Corbin knocks him back. Corbin comes off the second rope, but Balor moves. Balor hits a Sling Blade and charges, but Corbin counters with a Deep Six for a near fall. Balor comes back with an inside cradle for a two count. Balor then clotheslines him to the floor. Balor hits a summersault senton and hits the ground hard. Corbin grabs a chair, but Balor punches him to make him let it go. Balor gets him in the ring and looks at the chair. Balor hits a slingshot kick to the head and goes for the Coup de Grace, but Corbin moves. Corbin then hits him in the midsection with the steel chair.
Winner: Finn Balor By Disqualification
Corbin grabs a microphone and says he has so many jobs as acting GM that he forgot to mention this is a No Disqualification match. Corbin orders the match to be restarted.

Corbin hits Balor with the chair before hitting the End of Days for the win.

Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman will take on Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre in the main event. Natalya will take on Alicia Fox with Ronda Rousey and Alexa Bliss at ringside. The B-Team will also take on The Revival. We’ll also have a performance from Elias. Coming up next, we’ll hear from WWE Superstars and Legends giving their thoughts on Undertaker vs. Triple H at WWE Super Showdown. Back to commercial.

Apollo Crews and Dana Brooke are talking backstage. Brooke is talking about winning a match tonight to prove that she can be on the Evolution PPV. Titus O’Neil comes in and says Brooke has a match, next. She’ll be facing Sasha Banks. Brooke looks unsure, but then gets pumped up and walks off. Crews asks what O’Neil is thinking. Brooke hasn’t had a singles match in nine months. O’Neil says he believes in him and Dana.
Sasha Banks makes her way to the ring smiling with Bayley. She’ll face Dana Brooke, next. We go to commercial. 

Sasha Banks with Bayley vs. Dana Brooke with Titus Worldwide
They circle the ring, and Brooke rolls her up for a one count. Brooke rolls her up again for another one count. Brooke then hits a jackknife cover for a one count. Banks goes for the Bank Statement, but Brooke gets out of the ring and talks strategy with Titus Worldwide. Brooke gets back in the ring and applies a waistlock, but Banks elbows out. Brooke slingshots over her and taunts Banks. Brooke whiffs on an enzuigiri and picks up a two count. Brooke punches away at her and taunts the crowd. Brooke puts her in the corner and hits a springboard back elbow. Brooke goes for a second one, but Banks moves. Banks hits a top rope meteora for a near fall. Brooke forearms her in the face and lifts her up, but Banks slides off and applies the Bank Statement for the submission win.

Apollo Crews gets in the ring and checks on Dana Brooke while Titus O’Neil watches from ringside.
Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose are talking backstage. They bump fists and Rollins walks off. Rollins will be out, next. Back to break.
We are back with Dean Ambrose backstage when Jinder Mahal and Sunil Singh walk up to him. Mahal says he knows there has been a lot of tension since his return, so he’ll teach him how to meditate. Ambrose closes his eyes and breathes. Mahal asks what he sees. Ambrose says he sees him and Mahal. Ambrose is breaking his teeth, face, ribs… Mahal is crying and in great pain. Ambrose tells him to get out of his face.
Seth Rollins Gets Confronted By Canada’s Own
WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring. A loud “Burn it down” chant picks up when he gets in the ring. Rollins says he likes where Toronto’s head is at. Last week was about taking care of some… family business. Rollins points at his Shield shirt. Rollins says he and The Shield enjoy being workhorses. This week is about Intercontinental Championship business. Rollins figured he’d have to handle Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, but they’re busy so his dance card is wide open. Who is feeling an Open Challenge tonight? The crowd gives that a nice reaction. Rollins challenges anyone in the locker room that has the guts.
Kevin Owens responds to the challenge and gets a huge reaction! Owens stays on the stage looking upset. Owens shakes his head and says he’s glad Rollins is happy and feeling good. Rollins has his buddies back, his title, and his crossfit… he’s on top of the world. Since he’s come back on RAW, his life has been a living hell. Every week he was on Smackdown Live, he wished he could come back to RAW. Now that he’s back, things should be good, but they’re not. Rollins had a good SummerSlam, but he had his best friend by his side. If Owens had his best friend Sami Zayn by his side, he’d have beaten Braun Strowman, and he’d be Universal Champion right now. Zayn is at home, so he’s not the champion. Zayn was injured by a brute. Owens says the summer is not over and is not leaving this building without a title. This is Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and he cannot think of a better place… actually he could easily think of one: Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Owens speaks French to them and gets loud boos. Owens says he’s taking the title right now.
Intercontinental Championship Match
  Champ Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens
Owens quickly kicks and clubs Rollins before punching him to the corner. Owens punches him down in the corner, and an “Olé” chant picks up. Rollins turns him and punches away at him, but Owens kicks him back. Owens punches him in the midsection and continues working him over. Rollins comes back with a takedown and some punches. Rollins chops the chest, but Owens reverses a whip to the corner. Rollins quickly pops out of the corner and clotheslines him down. Owens rolls out of the ring to recover, so Rollins follows him out. Rollins gets him in the ring, but Owens punches him on the apron. Owens goes for a shoulder thrust, but Rollins counters with a leg drop to the back of the neck. Owens falls out of the ring. Rollins picks him up, but Owens hits a throat thrust. Owens sends him into the steps, but Rollins jumps over them. Rollins then dives off the top of the steps with a clothesline. We take another break.
We come back from the break to see Owens applying a chin lock to Rollins. During the commercial, Owens took Rollins down with a DDT for a near fall. Rollins gets out and punches away at him. Owens reverses a whip to the corner, and Rollins gets turned inside out a la Shawn Michaels. Owens hits a slingshot elbow drop for a near fall. Rollins quickly rolls out of the ring to recover. Owens goes outside and talks trash, so Rollins fights back. Owens then sends him into the barricade. Owens pulls him shoulder-first into the ring post and gets in the ring. Owens twists the arm around the ropes and pulls. Owens takes him down and taunts him. Owens hits a senton splash on the chair for a two count. Owens applies an arm bar on Rollins, but Rollins fights up and hits a jawbreaker. Owens angrily charges, so Rollins pulls the top rope down to get him out of the ring. Owens immediately pulls him out of the ring and sends him into the barricade. Owens charges for a cannonball, but Rollins moves.
Rollins and Owens get back in the ring to avoid the count-out. Rollins hits a running forearm in the corner and chops the chest. Rollins goes for a whip, but his shoulder is too hurt. Owens hooks the head, but Rollins pushes him off. Rollins lowers his head and eats a kick. Owens hits the ropes, but Rollins follows him in and hits a Sling Blade. Owens rolls out of the ring to recover. Rollins hits the ropes and hits a suicide dive. Rollins pulls him up, gets in the ring, and hits a second suicide dive. Rollins gets in the ring and tries for a third suicide dive, but Owens forearms him in the face. Rollins quickly knocks him off the apron and connects with his third suicide dive. We go back to commercial. 
We come back from the break to see Rollins hit a Frog Splash for a near fall. The commentators speculate the few moments Rollins took to grab his arm prevented him from winning right there. A loud “This is awesome” chant picks up. Rollins signals for a Curb Stomp, but Owens moves and snaps his arm off the top rope. Owens sends him shoulder-first into the ring post. Owens then applies a crossface. Rollins tries to grab the bottom rope, but Owens takes his arm and puts it in his hands. Rollins then uses his foot to get to the bottom rope. Owens peppers him with punches and chops him. Owens talks some trash and says it is his title. Rollins fights back, but Owens pushes him off. Owens goes for a Pop-up Powerbomb, but Rollins gets out. Owens goes for a roll-up, but Rollins rolls through and kicks him. Owens quickly comes back with a Stone Cold Stunner for a near fall. The crowd is really into this and start up a “Holy Sh–” chant.
Owens looks devastated. Owens gets him on the top rope, and a “Kevin Owens” chant fires up. Owens goes for a superplex, but Rollins punches him. Boos start ringing out. Rollins hits a sunset flip and follows up with a turnbuckle powerbomb, but Owens quickly pops out with a superkick for a near fall! Owens cannot believe it. Owens is shaking his head while he climbs the top rope. Rollins cuts him off, and they start fighting it out on the top rope. Owens head-butts him and tries for a fisherman’s superplex, but Rollins gets out. Rollins scales the ropes, but Owens crotches him on the top rope. Owens goes for a moonsault, but Rollins moves. Rollins immediately follows up with a Curb Stomp for the win!
Winner: Seth Rollins Retains Intercontinental Title

Baron Corbin is in his office when Braun Strowman walks in and gives him his Money in the Bank briefcase. Strowman tells him to make sure he brings it to Hell in a Cell. We take a commercial break. 
As we come back from break, Kevin Owens is sitting on a steel chair in the middle of the ring looking devastated. A “Kevin Owens” chant picks up. Owens looks near tears. Owens looks around and then simply says, “I quit.” Owens walks to the back removing his black tape and leaves avoiding the Gorilla Position.
Renee Young is backstage with Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler. She asks why they challenged Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman to a tag match. Ziggler says to change the game, you have to strike at the right time. The Shield did that last week. Tonight is their opening. They’re moving to the top of the food chain. McIntyre says Reigns had to face Brock Lesnar and Finn Balor last week. There’s no way his body is right. Strowman failed to cash in twice. There’s no way his mind is right. Ziggler says they have the aura of Hell in a Cell hanging above their heads. There’s no way their team is right. McIntyre says they’re two wounded animals held together by pride, ripe and ready for the slaughter.
RAW Tag Team Champs The B-Team vs. The Revival
This is a non-title match. Bo Dallas starts against Dash Wilder. Dallas takes him down with a short-arm clothesline and drops a knee before tagging in Curtis Axel. Dallas drops another knee, and Axel drops a forearm for a two count. Scott Dawson is soon tagged in and punches away at Axel. Axel soon takes him down with a dropkick before Dallas is tagged in. Wilder blind tags in. They hit Dawson with a double-team back body drop before taking Wilder down. They then knocks Dawson out of the ring and throw Wilder over the top rope onto him. And time for a commercial.
We come back from the break to see The Revival getting the best of Dallas. Dawson dropkicks Dallas for a two count. Wilder tags in and applies a rest hold, but Dallas gets out with a neckbreaker. Axel is soon tagged in, and he runs wild on Dawson. Axel hits a flipping neck snapper before hitting a back elbow for a near fall. The B-Team nearly pick up a flukey win, but Dawson kicks out. The Revival soon hits Shatter Machine for the win. The B-Team’s winning streak is over.

After the match, The Revival take Dallas out with Shatter Machine. Dash and Dawson go to ringside and pick up the RAW Tag Team Championships. They then grab some microphones. Dawson says the RAW Tag Team Division has been a complete joke over the last few months because of The B-Team. They’re sick and tired of these two morons making a mockery of the sacred history of tag team wrestling. Dawson tells them to hold the championships for as long as they can because they proved they can take them away anytime they want. Wilder says, “Top guys — out.” They then drop the titles by The B-Team and walk off.
Elias will perform when we return from the break. 
Elias Performs Live For Toronto
“Ladies and gentleman… Elias.”
Elias greets the crowd and plays a riff. The crowd claps along. Elias says they’re here together for them to answer one question for him: Who wants to walk with Elias? They will be tested. It will be tough, but when the bad times come have faith. They’ll realize the truth that WWE stands for Walk With Elias. A “Walk With Elias” chant picks up. Elias says they’re all singing for him, but now is the time for him to… Elias has an epiphany. When fellow musician Drake said he started from the bottom, he was literally talking about Toronto. There is no city lower or more bottom feeding than Toronto. Drake tweeted him and said going from New York to Toronto is a big disappointment.
Trish Stratus’ music hits, and she comes out to a big reaction! She stands in the ring and takes in the reaction. Elias introduces Stratus to the crowd. Elias says it is nice she took a minute away from changing diapers to do something important and get in the ring with him. He’s a big deal. Stratus says he’s got some good music, but when he starts running his mouth about her hometown Toronto, he needs to silence his cellphone, hold the applause, and shut his mouth. Elias says his performance in Toronto is like the Stanley Cup — they’ll never see it in their lifetimes. Stratus says that’s kind of like Elias winning a WWE championship. The crowd liked that.
Stratus says a lot has changed since she’s been gone. When she retired as a 7-time Women’s Champion here in Toronto with a Sharpshooter and took her place in the WWE Hall of Fame, she would have never imagined they’d get to a point where there’d be an all-women’s PPV called Evolution. In a few months, she’ll be in this ring lacing up her boots to take on Alexa Bliss. Elias says that’ll be like a swimsuit model pillow fight. Stratus says she has a suggestion. It’s time for Elias to pack up his guitar, floral kimono and scarves, and leave. Elias says she’s just like thousands of other women wanting to walk with Elias. Elias says he doesn’t date women in their sixties. Stratus slaps him!
“Rowdy” Ronda Rousey’s music hits, and the RAW Women’s Champion comes out to a HUGE pop! She’s soon joined by Natalya.
Natalya vs. Alicia Fox

Back from the break and Alexa Bliss is out with Alicia Fox. She runs down Trish, Natalya and Rousey and taunts Trish to hype their match at Evolution. Bliss also says she’s getting her rematch with Rousey at Hell In a Cell and will be taking her title back. Bliss introduces her friend who Trish knows all about and out comes Mickie James.
Natalya ends up getting the Sharpshooter on Fox for the win after Mickie and Bliss beat on her with cheap shots from the floor. Trish and Rousey came over and they retreated into the crowd before Natalya got the win.

After the match, Trish and Rousey join Natalya in the ring as the music hits. Mickie and Bliss look on from the crowd.
Still to come, Mahal vs. Ambrose. Also, another look at Triple H vs. The Undertaker. Back to commercial.
Trish Stratus, Ronda Rousey and Natalya greet The Bella Twins backstage after commercial. The Bellas give them all props and Nikki Bella talks about how proud they are of Rousey to headline the division going into Evolution. The Bellas announce that they will return to RAW action on next Monday’s show. They all take a selfie together.
We get another video on Triple H vs. The Undertaker at WWE Super Show-Down. This video features comments from Big Show and WWE Hall of Famers Steve Austin, Booker T and Diamond Dallas Page.
Baron Corbin is backstage on the phone with RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon, talking about how he will talk to Kevin Owens and fix that situation. Corbin sends for a masseuses. Bobby Lashley walks in and mocks Corbin. Corbin sent for him and doesn’t want Lashley to think he forgot about him. Corbin booked Lashley in a match tonight. Lashley asks who but Corbin acts too busy to think of it. Corbin sends Lashley to the ring because his match is next. We go to commercial.
Handicap Match: Bobby Lashley vs. The Ascension
Back from the break and out comes Bobby Lashley. Baron Corbin appears on the big screen and introduces Lashley’s opponents for this Handicap Match. Out comes The Ascension, Konnor and Viktor.
The bell rings and Lashley drops Viktor with a shoulder. Lashley stares down Konnor next. Konnor ends up coming in and beating Lashley around. Lashley fights back but The Ascension turns it around. Viktor comes back in and keeps control until Lashley overpowers and launches him. Lashley unloads and drives Viktor into the mat. Lashley sends Konnor out to the floor. Lashley scoops Viktor and plants him face-first for the easy win.
Winner: Bobby Lashley

After the match, Lashley stands tall as his music hits.
We see Dean Ambrose pacing backstage. He will face Jinder Mahal next. Back to commercial.
Dean Ambrose vs. Jinder Mahal

Back from the break and Jinder Mahal is in the ring with Sunil Singh. Dean Ambrose is out next.
The bell rings and Ambrose takes Jinder down first. Ambrose keeps control and clotheslines Jinder over the top rope to the floor. Ambrose follows and chops away against the barrier as Singh looks on. Ambrose brings it back inside and drops Singh on the floor. Ambrose re-enters the ring but Jinder hits him with a knee. Jinder keeps control and drops a knee for a 2 count. Jinder with more offense while Ambrose is down now. Jinder chokes Ambrose on the middle rope. Jinder drops more big knees while Ambrose is down. Jinder grinds the knee into Ambrose as the referee counts.
Jinder keeps Ambrose grounded now. Ambrose makes a comeback with clotheslines now. Ambrose drops Jinder with an elbow and keeps the offense going. Jinder counters a move and knees Ambrose in the gut. They run the ropes and Jinder nails a jumping knee to the face for a 2 count. Jinder stands over Ambrose and wastes some time now. Jinder goes for The Khallas but it’s blocked. Ambrose nails Dirty Deeds for the win.
Winner: Dean Ambrose

After the match, Ambrose stands tall as his music hits and we get replays. Jinder watches as Ambrose marches to the back.
Roman Reigns is backstage when Braun Strowman walks in. Braun acknowledges they don’t like each other and says the only things getting slaughtered tonight are their opponents. Braun reiterates how Reigns will have 20 more days to think about how Braun is taking his title at Hell In a Cell. Reigns says Braun will realize on day 21 how he failed to take the title. Reigns walks off. Back to commercial.
Back from the break and The Revival vs. The B Team with the titles on the line is announced for next week. The Bella Twins will face The Riott Squad next week also.
Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman vs. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre

We go to the ring for tonight’s main event and out first comes WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Braun Strowman is out next. Braun gets a pop as he plays to the crowd. Out next comes Dolph Ziggler, followed by Drew McIntyre.
The bell rings and Roman tells Braun he wants to start. Reigns and Ziggler size each other up. Ziggler kicks Reigns in the gut and talks some trash. Reigns fires back with a big right hand. Ziggler runs the ropes but Reigns clotheslines him. Reigns knocks Drew off the apron and clotheslines Ziggler over the top to the floor. Braun nods in approval. Reigns goes to the floor and hits a Drive By on Ziggler as the referee counts. Fans chant “we want Strowman” now.
Reigns rolls Ziggler back into the ring but Drew floors Reigns with a big boot while the referee isn’t looking. Ziggler takes advantage and hits a big DDT on Reigns. Braun breaks the pin attempt up. Drew tags in and mounts Reigns with strikes in the middle of the ring. Braun yells at Drew as he focuses on keeping Reigns down.
Reigns gets double teamed now. Ziggler keeps control and nails a dropkick. Drew comes back in and keeps Reigns grounded. Drew with a suplex. Drew keeps Reigns grounded again. Ziggler with another tag and a big elbow for a pin attempt. Ziggler takes Reigns down with a Sleeper hold now and Reigns starts fading. Reigns rams Ziggler back into a corner and breaks the hold. Ziggler charges but Reigns drops him over the top to the floor. Ziggler comes but Reigns drops him with a big boot. Braun and Drew reach for tags now.
Drew tags in and stops Reigns from tagging. Reigns rocks him. Drew stops him again and hits a big belly-to-belly throw into the corner. Ziggler comes back in and keeps control, yelling at Reigns. Reigns hits a Superman Punch out of nowhere. Strowman waits for the tag. Drew tags in as does Braun. Drew puts on the brakes and stares Braun down. Drew and Dolph double team Reigns now as Braun just watches them. Braun never came in off the tag, just watched the double team. The referee calls for the bell off the double team.

After the bell, Braun enters the ring and stares at his opponents, then down at Reigns. Braun grabs Reigns, yells in his face and then drops him. Braun launches Reigns into the corner with one arm and he goes down again. Braun nods at Drew to unload on Reigns in the corner. Ziggler superkicks him. The music hits and out comes Dean Ambrose to make the save. Ambrose hits the ring but he gets triple teamed. WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins runs out next, selling the shoulder injury. Rollins also gets triple teamed. Braun, Ziggler and McIntyre destroy The Shield with their finishers. Drew picks Reigns up and feeds him to Braun for a big powerslam in the middle of the ring. Braun grabs Ziggler and McIntyre’s arms, raising them in the middle of the ring as fans boo. RAW goes off the air with Braun, Ziggler and McIntyre standing tall.
