Alicia Keys and her husband, music producer Swizz Beatz, stepped out in style over the weekend at the Bacardi x The Dean Collection: No Commission art exhibition in her native New York City.
Keys, who just signed on to serve as a judge on the upcoming season of The Voice, look fresh-faced and kept things casual and for the Sunday outing in a white short sleeve peasant top and white skinny jeans. The “In Common” singer accessorized with a patterned black and white head wrap, round sunglasses, oversize hoop earrings, and a silver statement necklace. Beatz, hosted the art show (which ran from Aug. 11 to 14 in the Bronx), looked relaxed beside her in a coordinating black and white striped polo shirt, gray shorts and a black sports cap.

This isn’t the first time Keys, 35, has stepped out with minimal makeup in recent months. In May, the R&B singer a penned a powerful essay for Lenny Letter about a recent makeup-free photo shoot that inspired her to ditch concealer, mascara, blush—all of it!
“I don’t want to cover up anymore,” she wrote. “Not my face, not my mind, not my soul, not my thoughts, not my dreams, not my struggles, not my emotional growth. Nothing.”
