OSWEGO, IL — Three people were hospitalized after a crash Thursday afternoon near Route 25 and Glendale Avenue, according to police.
One car, driven by a 39-year-old woman, was driving south on Route 25 around 2:45 p.m. when it cut off a car, driven by a 25-year-old man, to make a left onto Glendale Avenue, spokesperson Cathy Nevara told Patch.

Both drivers and the teenage boy who was a passenger in the second car were all transported to Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora with non-life-threatening injuries, Nevara said. The 39-year-old woman was cited for making an improper turn.

Route 25 was closed for about an hour while police cleared the scene and investigated the crash.
