Not again.
Cincinnati receiver A.J. Green was carted off Sunday against Denver after aggravating a right toe injury that had sidelined him the previous three games.
The injury was the non-contact variety; he took two steps into a route, grabbed at his foot and collapsed to the ground. Green had one catch for 7 yards in the first quarter before the early second-quarter injury.
The seven-time Pro Bowler — playing in his eighth NFL year — has had the worst season of his career, fighting through injuries. His quarterback, Andy Dalton, was placed on IR this week.
